My Journey
From Military Leadership to Human Development

For more than two decades, I proudly served in the Bangladesh Air Force, leading teams, mentoring individuals and contributing to organizational excellence.

My journey expanded beyond national service through two United Nations Peacekeeping Missions in the Democratic Republic of Congo, where I worked in diverse and challenging environments that strengthened my leadership, resilience and commitment to humanity.

Today, I continue my mission through coaching, mentoring and awareness initiatives—helping parents, educators and young people discover their strengths, build confidence and create meaningful impact.
